Welcome to Slayna. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller operating the Slayna online store. Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced herein, explain the terms that apply when you access or use our website and purchase our products.

Please read these Terms carefully. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings.

Product descriptions and availability may be updated from time to time. Changes will not affect an order already accepted, except where a correction or other action is permitted by law.

Slayna VitalDrops is a food supplement. It is not intended to replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Please read the product label and directions before use.

Individual experiences may vary. Product information must not be interpreted as a promise of a specific result or as a claim that the product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the products in your basket. The order confirmation and checkout process will explain when your order has been accepted and the contract formed.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, such as product unavailability, a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud or an inability to process payment.

If payment has been taken for an order that we cancel, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Please check your order details before completing your purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@slayna.com as soon as possible. We will try to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorised resale.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

Product prices and applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change over time. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at the time of purchase, subject to any genuine error and applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

If a genuine pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the appropriate next steps in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK shipping is free unless the checkout or a specific offer clearly states otherwise.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Estimated delivery is 5–10 calendar days after dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates. If an order is significantly delayed or does not arrive, contact support@slayna.com.

Nothing in these Terms transfers responsibility for goods to you earlier than permitted by law or removes your rights if goods are lost, damaged or not delivered as agreed.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is an additional commercial offer. It does not replace or restrict statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on our website, including our branding, logos, text, graphics, images, videos and page designs, is owned by or licensed to Slayna and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
